Hello there! I'm Brady Starr, a classically trained painter, former art educator, and UX enthusiast with a deep passion for blending creativity and technology. My journey is a unique fusion of art and innovation, shaped by experiences that span from the canvas to the digital world.
I’ve worn many hats throughout my career. After being laid off from Lyft during the pandemic, I found myself diving headfirst into the world of UX design—a field where my love for artistic expression and user-centric problem-solving could come together. My time at Apple as a Business Pro helped sharpen my skills in understanding customer needs and fostering growth, and owning Pub & Paint allowed me to hone my entrepreneurial instincts, having organized over 2,000 events and formed valuable partnerships.
Today, I’m the driving force behind Brady UX, leading the charge on UI/UX projects for a diverse range of clients, including 1st90, UnDigital, and now exploring exciting opportunities in MedTech and EdTech. Whether it’s designing seamless login flows or creating dynamic and immersive user experiences, I strive to craft interfaces that do more than look good—they resonate deeply with users and elevate brands.
My approach to design isn’t just about aesthetics; it's about creating meaningful, user-first solutions. Drawing on years of experience as both an artist and a tech professional, I bring a distinct perspective to everything I do—whether it's user research, interaction design, or project management. Alongside my co-founder, Olya Androsik, I continue to build Brady UX into a collaborative and innovative space.
When I’m not designing, I can be found indulging in oil painting, podcasting, or traveling the world in search of new inspiration. If you’re curious to see how my artistic vision meets my technical expertise, feel free to explore my portfolio at bradyux.myportfolio.com, or drop by for a chat. Let’s create something extraordinary together.
